Chilli Paneer
Ingredients Required
- Paneer - 200gms
- Chopped Ginger - 1 Teaspoon
- Chopped garlic - 1 Teaspoon
- Chilli powder
- Chillis
- Maida - 2 Tablespoon
- Corn flour - 1/4 Cup
- Salt
- Pepper powder - 1 Teaspoon
- Soya sauce / Tomato sauce - 1 Teaspoon
- Oil
- Spring Onion

- Take a bowl. Add 1/4 cup cornflour and 2 tablespoon maida or all purpose flour. Now add little salt, 1 teaspoon pepper powder and little chilli powder. Add water make batter out of it. Now add 200gms of paneer to it and mix well.
- Place a pan on the stove for deep fry. Add oil to the pan and fry the paneer pieces/cubes until golden colour appears.
- Take another pan and place it on the stove. Add oil. Once the oil is heated add the chopped ginger and fry until it cooks. Now add the chopped garlics and fry. Now cut onions and add them and fry. Now take the chillis and make a paste out of it. Now add the chilli paste and cook. Add the soya sauce. If you dont have soya sauce you can add tomato sauce. Add little water to the mixture. Now take 1 teaspoon of cornflour and add water to it. Now pour the cornflour mixture into the pan and cook. Now add the paneer pices that have been fried and cook. And now we will add the spring onions and give it a final touch. Cook for 2-3 minutes and serve the chilli paneer.
