How to make puri for pani puri...?

Many of you would surely like pani puri. Right...! But many of would not know how to make the puri at home especially during this pandemic. So I am going to teach you how to make puri in a simple way at home.

Ingredients Required

  • Bombay Rava - 2 cups
  • Maida/All purpose flour - 1 cup
  • Salt - Little
  • Baking soda - Half teaspoon
  • Oil
  • Water
Preparation

  • Fisrt, take a bowl. Now add two cups of bombay rava and one cup of maida in the bowl. Remember to take measurement with the same cup.
  • Add little salt to taste.
  • Now add half teaspoon baking soda.
  • Now mix the content in the bowl thoroughly.
  • Now add water in bowl to make a dough like that of chapati dough.
  • Now leave the dough undisturbed for 15-20 minutes.
  • Now apply oil to the surface where you are going to  make the puri.
  • Now place the dough on the surface and roll the dough using a rolling pin just as you make a chapati.
  • Now take a cup which is circular and cut circular puri for definite shape. You can also use a cutter instead.
  • Now take a kadai and place it on the stove. 
  • Add oil to the kadai and let it heat.
  • Once the oil is heated just drop the puris one by one into the kadai and fry until golden colour appears. 
  • Now your puris are definitely ready.
